At Carmen Paellas, we make your event unique and memorable. We come directly to your home or venue, cook on-site, and take care of everything: kitchen setup, refrigeration, water supply, and fresh ingredients.

Cooking experience
for Teams

Learn how to prepare an authentic Valencian paella step by step. We bring all the ingredients and equipment—you just put on an apron, participate, and enjoy tasting your own creation at the end.

We come directly to your home or venue and cook on-site using fresh, top-quality products from the local market, along with Spanish ingredients with designation of origin sourced directly from producers. We never use colourings, additives, or pre-cooked foods.

Experience how the original Valencian paella is made right in front of you. Watch the magic unfold, enjoy the aromas, see how real saffron from Valencia gives the rice its colour and flavour, and taste the final dish at its best.

We bring fresh, top-quality ingredients from the local market, along with Spanish products with Designation of Origin. We never use additives, colouring, or pre-cooked products.
